Born and raised in France, my journey took an exciting turn when I moved to Port Macquarie in 2017.
After seven adventurous years traveling the world and working in the yachting industry, I felt it was time to drop anchor, retrain, and create a life grounded in purpose and community.
With a background in business marketing and management, I realized my true passion lay not in strategy but in supporting people’s wellness.
This led me to study remedial massage therapy, sparking a deep calling to help others recover, regain mobility, and embrace healthier lifestyles.
Every treatment I offer is tailored to my client’s unique needs, blending techniques that reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote long-term well-being in the mind and the body.
My mission is not just to treat but to empower, teaching clients how to care for themselves in ways that enrich their daily lives.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage therapy focuses on addressing specific muscular issues and injuries. It involves the application of various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to target areas of tension, pain, and restricted movement.
Spinal Flow
At the heart of Spinal Flow Technique is the belief that the body possesses innate wisdom, which can facilitate the process of natural healing. Each of us possesses a Spinal Wave™ that can connect our nervous system with our brain, making it possible to explore and tap into the innate intelligence within.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy employs hypnosis to facilitate positive changes in a person's behavior, emotions, or thinking. This technique works by inducing a trance-like state in which patients gain access to their subconscious mind. Through deep relaxation, patients can address issues that may be difficult to confront in a conscious state.
